Movement has always been a meaningful part of my life. Through the process of finding balance between the body and mind through movement, I came to believe that Pilates is more than just exercise — it has the power to create a healthier and happier life.
Through years of experience in education, I learned the importance of understanding each individual and adapting my teaching to their unique needs. These experiences continue to shape my approach as an instructor, and I believe Pilates should feel approachable, effective, and enjoyable for everybody. I successfully completed and passed the STOTT PILATES certification training and continue expanding my knowledge through various educational courses in Toronto. My teaching style focuses on clear cueing, mindful movement, and creating supportive classes where clients of all levels can feel comfortable and successful.
