"As a certified Pilates instructor with a background in rehabilitation, I bring a unique approach to my classes. Having personally experienced pain, I have dedicated myself to learning how to help others through movement and healing.

My focus is on body awareness, strengthening stability, and improving range of motion. I design exercises tailored to each individual's needs, helping them move without pain and ultimately improving their quality of life.

I’ve worked with clients dealing with postural issues, chronic back and neck pain, and limited mobility, and I find great joy in seeing them move more freely and comfortably over time.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where people can reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and enjoy lasting results through intentional movement.”
